How can I purchase the GMap Editor?
Please go to our registration page to place an order. After subscript the GMap Editor, an account detail (login email and password) will be sent to you instantly. Please login with these information in this login page:

After login, you will see your email account and which plan you subscripted at the top left corner.

How can I select a hosting plan for one month only
To purchase a one month plan, Please click the "Buy Now" button, you will then see a "Payment Confirmation" page with a list of available plans. The "1 month (paid monthly)" option is listed as the 3rd option at the bottom of the list. The original plan cost will apply with 1 month plan. You will get better discount if you order the 1 year, or 3 months plan. -
When will I receive the software after I have subscribed the hosting plan?
After we have completed your order, your iMapBuilder Online account will be upgraded, and a confirmation email will be sent to you. You won't receive any extra software sent to you as you have purchased the online mapping software, which can create maps online directly without any installation. -
What is the use of coupon number?
The coupon number is used for getting discount when you purchase other iMapBuilder products in the future. -
After I have purchased a twin user license, how can I login with the second account?
The second license user can get his license by first signing up a free account with his email, and then inform us the registered email. We will upgrade that account accordingly. -
Can you clarify the number of "views" on the maximum map views (20,000)in your price list? How is this calculated? Based on "clicks" on the map per month/year?
The views is based on the number of times the map is loaded. For example, if you place the map on your home page, and you have around 100 visitors to the home page per day, then you have 100 map views per day. Which means 100 x 31 = 3,100 map views per month. And 20,000 should be sufficient for most websites.

Do I need a host to upload the map which created using GMap Editor?
Our GMap Editor is hosted on our server, you don't need to have a host. You can simply click "PUBLISH" button to get the url/embed code to link/embed to your website.

I tried your GMapEditor free version, I want to place 10 markers but it seems limit to 8 markers, is that because it's a free version? any other limitation as well?
Yes. Our GMap Editor Free Version limits the place markers to 8 points. Also, there are some advertising links such as "powered by iMapBuilder" in the pop up info box.
If you want to place more than 8 markers, and remove those advertising links, you may purchase it from our registration page:

I have just purchased your 3 months basic subscription plan. I am wondering what will happen when the plan expires?
When your plan expires, the advertising links will appear automatically. Also you will be limited to edit the points of your saved maps and projects only. All your maps will NOT be removed.

I see that the price for one month is $39.95, so if we sign up for that will it give us an option to renew at the end of the month or do we have to lock into some sort of contracted time period.
Yes. If you sign up the one month $39.95 first, then you can renew or upgrade the plan when it is expired. Basically, at the top right corner of our GMap Editor shows what plan you are using and how many days left til expiring date, so you can check if your plan is going to expire.
