Embed map into PowerPoint / Documents by capturing and save to image file
Mac Users
For Mac users, you can screen capture the map with this shortcut:
“Command+Shift+4” and dragging to select the area you want to capture. The image will then be captured directly in the desktop.
Or
“Command+Shift+3” can capture the whole screen.

Window Users
For Window users, you can simply press "PrintScreen" , paste in any photo editor and save it as JPEG format or other format you want.
For Window Vista or Window 7 users, you can not only press Print Screen button, but also you can use Snipping Tool 
(A build-in software) to cut the image easily.

Note: If you want to capture the image without the zoom button, you can Switch it off before screen capture. Please find the option in the "Map Properties" > "General" > "Allow Zoom" on the right side.
