The Map Takes too long to load Help

I'm a little rusty using this program so please be patient.
I created an interactive map and have been able to put it into a page for my web site but it's taking FOREVER to load.
How can I optimize it so it comes up faster or maybe my code is off? Below is the link to the page-I'm using Chrome to view it.
