Getting Access Denied When Trying To Create New State Maps

Purchased the US State County Pack and have been able to open the majority of the states and create maps with no problem. I have not been able to create new maps of the following states: Illinois, Ohio, Colorado, New York, Minnesota, Missouri, Texas, Arkansas, and Georgia. I am getting an "Access is denied" message when I click of File, New, Latitude/Longitude, click on the state template and click on OK. Please advise why this is happening and what I can do to correct.

If you are getting an "Access is denied", you may try to restart the computer/application and test again to see if some of the folders in the installation cannot be accessed. If the restart application/computer doesn't help, we suggest you to uninstall and reinstall the software and the county pack using a user account with Administrator rights.
