deadline - need help

I am new to imapbuilder and I am trying to import the attached excel data into a map of brazil I purchased with the standard program. Why does it have to match the number of rows/columns? Can I get around this or modify for my purposes? I have to get this done by tomorrow (Aug 10th). I can't even attach the file. What kind of format can I attach? What file format of data can be imported?

import data requires exact match of format & number of rows/ columns, or you will need copy and paste manually instead

Thanks! If I copy and paste manually, can I change the number of columns/row? Appreciate the help as I am new to this stuff.

For the Gird Edit Mode of region settings, you may leave cells to have default value if you don't have data
