I need a detailed(state) map of usa and canada together.
How much it will be without monthly payments. I mean no time limit.

I tried to send a private message to someone I thought would help, but the private message now sits in the 'outbox' with no button to hit to 'send' the message.
So, apologies, perhaps someone out there can direct this newbie, who has these questions:

Dear Columbo,
Perhaps you can assist me. I am trying out iMapBuilder online for my newsletter. I need to buy mapping software, and this looks quite good. However, as usual, the system as shown on the screen is opaque and the help button of no help whatsoever.
Basic questions:
1) I can see the edges of additional buttons at the top edge of the map I am creating, but cannot move the map so I can see the buttons.
2) How do I edit lines on the map I have already created? I cannot see an 'edit' button.
3) Does a User's Guide exist with such thing as a table of contents? Radical, I know, but I am from the old-fashioned book school.
4) Should I give up and just use the Google tools? Forget any mapping software?
Thanks for your time.

PS - Now my message is parked in the outbox. No "send" button to click. Is iMapbuilder really dense, or am I?

If this was in the User's Guide, I missed it.
Chalmers wrote:chfung, you do not accept private messages so I cannot reply to your note. This is very frustrating!
Could we communicate by a much more reliable system, e-mail? Or even telephone? See my coordinates below.
