Map with searching/filtering function

1. I wanted to create a map with a search/ filter function included, what would be the cost of creating a map?
2. Is it possible to use a map created on your site in a phone app, if it is do you have any advice about doing this.

1. For search / filtering, you can consider using the 'Category Legend' function of the Custom Google Map builder, which let you 'group' points of to different groups, and each groups can be switched on/off for displaying, please find more details at:
