Mapping contractors and emergency jobs

I'm looking for a map system to plot locations for over 250 contractors
that i utilize over North America. I have emergency jobs that come up at
random in all 50 states and Canada and I need a map to help me locate the
closest contractor to the job and hold information on them like, phone,
main contact, capabilities/limitations. Can your software do this?
