Functional and Legal query on use of iMapBuilder

Hi there,

I needed to confirm a few things with you before purchase of the iMap software.

I am in need of a map much similar to google maps - and ideally google maps; with the ability to find physical locations.

I was then wondering if I purchased the iMapBuilder, would I be able to use Google maps wherein I modify the map to my specifications( adding pictures, search field and location finders) , and portray the complete map (as a full page if needed ) on my website?

Being the middle person providing service, I do not charge any user to access/view the map; however, I charge the business/person for the service I provide and to make the needed changes and reflect those alterations on my map. I should add here that I do not intend to change the map dimensions, just overlay with graphics.

Would iMap be able to support these features to it's full extent ? and does iMap give a user on my webpage ability to search through the map based on location - much as google does?

And would there be any legal implications in doing so? or would I still be within the legal constraints with iMap and Google?
