Floorplan heat map to track conversion rates

We just want to know if you can create map system like this:

- using a number of floorplans
- we would provide a data source to map individuals on the floorplans
- the individual would provide a number of tracks on the floorplan
- we want to create heat maps to show the popularity of the shops/regions
- we want to create traffic maps to estimate the flow of people
- we want to look for conversion rate for billboards and advertisements placed on the floorplan
