Interactive floor plan layout for Manufacturing Facilities?

I'm looking for a mapping software (online or offline) to create an interactive map of global bio pharmaceutical manufacturing and distribution sites. Also need an interactive map to show manufacturing plant floor plan layout with facility that could be highlighted when user hovers the mouse over an area. Can your software do both type of interactive maps ?

There are 2 maps which you would like to create:

1) Global manufacturing and distribution map
The easiest way to create such map is to use iMapBuilder for Windows. They have world map templates in which you can pinpoint your sides, and use different icons to denote their types (i.e. manufacturing or distribution). You can download a trial and see if that fits:

2) Manufacturing plant floor plan map
