Data in drop down box for selection on a map

I would like to make a map where anyone would be able to click on a state
and add a set of data that I choose for them to pick from a drop down box
or something like that. It needs to be able to keep the data and have
multiple people using at the same time. Is is doable?

Customization is required to create a mapping system to support members logging in to add details from a predefined set of data. Could you tell us more about your usage scenario?

- What data would be provided to choose from the drop down box?
- Do you need to change the choices in the drop down from time to time?
- Would each user/member of the map can change their choices, or it is one-time editing for each user?
- Do you need to create statistics based on the selected choices for each state?
