Clickable Flash Map

I'm interested in purchasing your "US map with all states and counties (combo set)" collection found here:

Before I purchase it though, I need to ask a few questions:
1) Can each individual county be set as a clickable url?
2) How are the county urls added? Does it use an xml file? Will I have to edit the flash file myself?

The Combo set is in Adobe Flash format, so you need to add clickable URLs using Adobe Flash. We currently do not have an XML version of the same Combo set templates.

You can add hyperlinks easily and setup multiple projects to open a state map from a country map. You may follow this help page to set things up:
