Replace static with animated World Combo Map

I am in the process of finishing development of a clients web site,

On the top left, is a static map image,
they wish to utilize a flash map that will enable the user to select down
to the major cities within the US and Countries around the world. It looks
like your World Map Comb All will work, but is it possible to customize to
match our design? Thanks,
