Regarding to the Shopping cart....
Can I link the payment/ shipping to my paypal profile..
This calculates the shipping as a ratio of the Total price.

The shopping cart can only use the price/discount/shipping/quantity to calculate the total price and generate the payment link to paypal. It is not possible to calculates the shipping based on a ratio of the total price or any formula.
