Video player no embed symbol?

im developing a website the last part of it is adding the video and video player. so i tried the embed wizard beginner and then it said copy the following embed symbol to the clip board. what does this mean?

Are you using DreamWeaver to develop your website? If so, you may first publish and upload your video player:

And then embed the code following the instruction here:
