China has launched its official online mapping service, Map World, at:

Google Inc has yet to apply for a Web mapping license in the country, but already has a Chinese version at:
http://ditu.google.cn/
** China requires all companies offering mapping services to apply for a license. They also require all the data to be stored on servers located in China

Baidu, the largest Chinese search engine, also has its own maps at:
http://map.baidu.com/
