Crowdsourced permission to edit?

Hi. Is it possible to make a map crowdsourced, but to specify who can edit the map. I don't want everybody to edit the map, just special people. In google maps you can collaborate the map.

We are considering adding a white list option in the crowd sourced map, so that the creator of the map can explicitly entered the email of those people allowed to collaborate with the map. Do you think you are interested in such option?
