Driving map showing local listings with real time GPS update

I'm looking for something I could use while traveling. I want something
tied into GPS so I could see where I am in relation to certain stores on a
map. I want to see in real time when I'm driving what stores are close to
me. Something like all Sears stores or all Best Buy stores. Best Buy and
Sears stores. Best Buy, Walmart and Sears stores. Something like that or
even custom entered locations. The ability to make notes about locations
would be useful as well. Do you have something like this?
