Map hyperlink to zoom in created polygons

We are real estate agents mapping out our market and we hyperlink our clients in our database to the imap. Is there a way to get a hyperlink that automatically zooms into the polygon that we create for each individual client? Instead of one overall hyperlink that simply goes to the map.

hyperlinks to directly zoom in to certain area on your map. These
hyperlinks can be based on your client's information, or they can be
