iMapBuilder

iMapBuilder v4.01 onwards allows you to define and add your own custom clickable area easily. There are three options for users to choose from, they are rectangle region, circle region and polygon region.

This function is only available in iMapBuilder Developer, Standard, Professional and Studio Version.

Define a circular map area

1. You can click on the icon at the top.

 
2. A points and lines editing window is now displayed. You can click to draw the circle, or press [delete] key to undraw.

   


 
3. Click on the map again when done. You can increase or decrease the size of the circle by dragging the coordinates. Set the region color under Region setting tab, add infobox/tooltips under Mouse Over Event and Mouse Click Event. Click to save the settings.

   


 
4. Custom circular map area is now added.
   

   




Define a rectangular map area

1. You can click on the icon at the top.
   
   
2. A points and lines editing window is now displayed. You can click to draw the rectangular region, or press [delete] key to undraw.
   
   
   
   
3. Click on the map again when done. You can increase or decrease the size of the retangle by dragging the coordinates. Set the region color under Region setting tab, add infobox/tooltips under Mouse Over Event and Mouse Click Event. Click to save the settings.
   
   
   
   
4. Custom rectangular map area is now added.
   
   
   
   
   

   Define a polygonal/irregular map area
   

1. You can click on the icon at the top.
   
   
2. A points and lines editing window is now displayed. You can click to start the polygonal region, and click the start point to close the polygon. Press [delete] key to undraw.
   
   
   
   
3. Click on the map again when done. You can change the size of polygon/irregular area by dragging the coordinates. Set the region color under Region setting tab, add infobox/tooltips under Mouse Over Event and Mouse Click Event. Click to save the settings.
   
   
   
   
4. Custom polygonal map area is now added.
