Sometimes, you may want to share your map with others without publish it or display in multiple computers for offline presentation purpose. For this usage, you don't need to purchase more licenses, as others are viewers, not the developer. You don't need your viewers to edit your map.

Here is the guide for you to share your map when offline.

Publish > Zip published files > Transfer / Send to others > Unzip > Open .htm to view

1. Click "Publish" Button to publish your project at the top toolbar.
   
   Then select the folder in which you would like it to be published.
   
   
   
   
2. You will find the path of your published folder.
   
   
   
   
3. Zip the published folder for easier sharing.
   ( We used 7-Zip as a demo, the interface would be different in others zip program. )
   
   
   
   
4. When others receive the zip, they may extract the content.
   
   
   
   
5. (Please make sure the browser got flash plugin).
   Open the .htm file with the browser, the map would be displayed.
