Create and Manage Pie Charts
Pie chart is used for presenting percentage breakdown of a dataset. It shows up as different individual sectors in which the length of each arc corresponds to the proportion of the data represented. Pie charts are popular among businesses and mass media. The software supports up to 8 sets of data to display on the charts.
Enable pie chart feature
You can add pie charts on your map with the following steps.
- Click the Pie Chart Settings button on the horizontal toolbar, and select Turn On in the Pie Chart dialog.

Pie chart settings
You can change the look and feel of the charts with these steps.
- Click the Pie Chart Settings button on the horizontal toolbar.
Properties | Description |
---|---|
Color Scheme | Change the colors of the pie charts. The software provides two presets themes, or you can pick colors using the palette. |
Pie Chart Radius | Change the size of the charts on the map using the slider. |
Infobox Content |
Set up the content of the infobox upon hovering of the charts by the mouse pointer. Our infobox supports HTML content, so you can add formatted text, images, videos and even forms to the infobox. Please ensure that your content is well-formed and syntactically correct to avoid any display issues. 3 sets of special variables are supported to show the region name, data value and percentages:

Setting up pie chart data
You can setup and manage the pie chart data by using the special data grid. You can also export the data to edit using Microsoft Excel or equivalent software, and import into the data grid again. Please refer to the Manage Pie Chart Data guide for details.
